These machines are easy to maintain and are made of mild steel plates, with sufficient steel stiffeners, for its robust construction to withstand the stresses developed during the operation of pressing. The Pressing system operates only hydraulically to minimize breakdown and power consumption. High pressure pumps coupled with motors are mounted directly on the oil reservoir tank to make the unit compact and sturdy. Besides the quick return system of hydraulic piston, the locking and unlocking system of the box is so designed that no time be waste in it and hence ensures fast production. These Baling Presses come in four standard models and are suitable to charge in induction as well as in Arc Furnaces.
